About Us

Founder Story

 Reuben Alan was created from a simple observation:

Many talented attorneys launch law firms with vision and determination but without access to the strategic resources routinely available to larger organizations.

Minority- and women-led firms, in particular, often build practices while navigating structural barriers, limited networks, and operational challenges simultaneously.

Yet these firms represent innovation, leadership, and the future of the legal profession.

Reuben Alan was founded to help close that gap.
